Judges' Mileage and CONUS Rates for 2026

Effective January 1, 2026, the IRS business standard mileage rate is 72.5 cents per mile (a 2.5 cent increase from the 70 cent rate in 2025). Effective October 1, 2025-September 30, 2026, the CONUS lodging rate remains at $110 per night.
